mac 的 M 系列芯片是 arm 的，目前只能拉取 x86 的，对 mac 不太友好
通过流水线新增 matrix 参数，将对应的 platform 参数传入 docker pull，根据需要开启不同架构的镜像同步
对现有使用方式没有改变
