I've been missing support for MCPWM in this crate, and I hope that esp-rs#132 will be merged at some point. In any case, this PR syncs with master and adds the
intr_priorityfields to some configurations as it seems to have been added. I just set the fields toi32s, not sure if that's the best data type for it.
