Spring Boot / Java backend for Photos by Vedant Modi

This is a reboot (pun indented) for the ingest and upload pipeline of the original backend for my photos site.

Plan to turn this into a fully fledged backend, running on Railways with

• PostgreSQL for the image store, and bookkeeping
• SpringBoot for the spine of the backend
