Document the Cost Breakdown improvements that ship in this release: source attribution badges on every line, the redesigned Available Funds row with per-source Cost / Payback / Net columns, and the URL-persisted server-side per-source filter. - docs/src/guides/budget/budget-overview.md -- new sections covering source attribution badges, the Available Funds row redesign, and the per-source filter (URL persistence, Escape to clear, server-side pipeline). - docs/src/guides/budget/index.md -- mention source badges and the per-source filter in the budget index. - README.md -- update Budget Management feature line. - RELEASE_SUMMARY.md -- replace the previous epic summary with the current Cost Breakdown / source filter release notes. - wiki -- bump submodule to pick up the budgetSourceId / budgetSources cost breakdown API contract documentation.
