This commit introduces two new utilities to the Solana Actions SDK: 1. Action Signing (signActionPayload): Allows users to sign an action payload using their connected Solana wallet. Ensures secure and verifiable communication between users and the SDK. 2. Action Verification (verifySignedAction): Verifies the authenticity of signed payloads by checking the signature against the wallet's public key. Prevents tampering and ensures trust in action execution. Additionally, an example usage file (exampleUsage.js) is included to demonstrate how these utilities can be seamlessly integrated with wallets like Phantom or Solflare.
