Fix typos across docs

Summary

• normalize repeated Devops tags to DevOps across docs, tag metadata, and fetched tags
• fix repeated GitHub / GitLab capitalization issues in docs
• correct typo-level issues such as CONTRIBUTE.md -> CONTRIBUTING.md, spelling mistakes, and punctuation errors
• add low-risk grammar and markdown cleanup across docs and templates, including broken link/text markup, malformed bullets, and missing words/articles
• update wordlist.txt with project terms so the narrowed docs spell-check stays clean
• trim trailing whitespace in components/shared/tagColors.ts

Scope

• docs and template cleanup only
• no intentional behavior changes
• no broad content rewrites

Validation

• git diff --check upstream/main...HEAD
