systemtests: add flow-over-heated-plate-nearest-projection case (refs #448)

Adds the flow-over-heated-plate-nearest-projection {fluid-openfoam, solid-openfoam} case combination to system tests, as listed as first priority in #448.

What changed:

• Added to openfoam_adapter_pr, openfoam_adapter_release, and release_test suites in tests.yaml

Note: Reference results need to be generated via the CI workflow (generate_reference_results), as local execution on Apple Silicon fails due to a known GID conflict in the Ubuntu base image.
