Pull request overview
Updates the project README to better reflect current platform support and installation paths, with a particular focus on native Windows installation.
Changes:
- Add “hot reloading” to the feature list.
- Update “Getting Started” to include a PowerShell install command for Windows alongside the existing Linux/macOS install script.
- Refresh binary/package wording and bump the referenced PHP version/module stream to 8.5.
