PEAC helps agents, APIs, and services issue and verify portable evidence of what happened across organizational boundaries.

It works alongside existing identity, payment, and observability systems. PEAC is not a payment rail or policy engine. It is the evidence layer: signed records, policy surfaces, offline verification, and portable audit artifacts.
