Security fixes in serve/app.py: - Path injection: add _safe_path() to validate user-supplied run_id and filename stay within base_dir/workflow_dir (rejects .. and / traversal) - Reflective XSS: apply html.escape() to all user-controlled values in HTML templates (workflow names, descriptions, run IDs, YAML content, etc.) CI fix: - test-action.yml: add permissions: contents: read Dismissed 10 py/clear-text-logging-sensitive-data alerts as false positives (workflow engine intentionally logs step inputs/outputs for debugging). Also: update black to 26.3.1 (dependabot PR #24), bump github-actions group (dependabot PR #23).
