add debugging log lines to Dockerfile to troubleshoot dirty tag

• Konflux builds are getting a +dirty tag which is causing security scans to fail. Other builds, such as operatorhub, are not getting that tag.
• All Hive images are built using the same Dockerfile (regardless of build tool).
• Add some RUN statements to determine where the git tree is being modified during the build process.
