Added a new feature for user-selection of apps to remove with the script, including a console preview image.

Now the user will be asked within the script, to select, which apps should be removed by tiny11maker.ps1.
By selecting them with "all" or "none" or by numbers the entries can be activated or deactivated.
If a app is activated - it will be removed by the script.
When the selection is made, use "done" to proceed or use q or quit or exit to abort the selection and continue without it.
Check out the image as example what it does looks like for the user.
