When overlay views (out-of-office, pinned message, or retention) are displayed at the top of the chat, the table view content is partially hidden behind them and section's headers (date labels) are almost always hidden.
With this PR the tallest visible overlay is calculated and chat's contentInset is adjusted accordingly.
