RFCs for changes to the Ham Template Language spec

Fork the Repository
Copy the template or run
- Windows: ./scripts/windows/create-rfc.bat
- Unix: ./scripts/unix/create-rfc.sh
Fill in the RFC. Put care into the details which will increase the likeliness of the RFC being accepted
Submit a pull request

After that we're going to review the RFC assign it a number and discuss it. Please know that a RFC will rarely go trough the process unchanged.
