java-vertexai is now moved to a [separate repo](https://github.com/googleapis/java-vertexai). Remove it from google-cloud-java and point it to the new repo. To maintain backward compatibility, it is now [added to the bom](googleapis/java-cloud-bom#7442) explicitly. --------- Co-authored-by: cloud-java-bot <cloud-java-bot@google.com>
