* updated linter config * fixed linting issues * NOTE: type conversion issues reported by gosec (G115) are neither resolved nor ignored in middleware/denco/router.go (bitwise operations are tricky to follow). * NOTE: temporarily disabled go113 linter (recommends to wrap errors): there are just too many fixes to be addressed in this round.
