Summary:

• add asic_type and modify BOARD_STAGE and bootstrap default init
• modify platform info temp_type 2nd src emc1413 show
• add 400KHz config
• modified BMC to MMC smbus frequency to 400KHz
• add HAMSA boot1 version save in temp version
• add more memory
• add emc1413 get open circuit status
• add temperature 2nd src emc1413 detect function
• add temperature 2nd src emc1413 settings
• add get medha0/1 boot0 version from asic smbus register
