WORK IN PROGRESS 1. Data directory must follow this structure: data_dir/network/station/waveforms 2. Waveforms of a given station must have the same network, station, location, and component code. 3. Metadata files must contain information only of one station and one channel. 4. Waveform files must contain data from the same channel.
