All 5 documentation links in README.md pointed to the old discord.com/developers/docs/ format which now 301 redirects. Updated to the current docs.discord.com/developers/ URLs.

Updated 5 documentation links in README.md from the old
discord.com/developers/docs/format to the currentdocs.discord.com/developers/URLs. The old URLs return 301 redirects since the docs refresh on March 9, 2026.
