Deleting an embedded video that is failing to play

Why are these changes being made?

The video is failing to play and instead shows an error message. It is not known where the recording is stored so we are not able to replace the link, and the content is not critical to include. I have deleted it instead to avoid having an error appearing on the Analysts' Guide.

Detailed description of changes

The video of a talk from Robert Cuffe (BBC) to DfE statisticians about writing about our publications was not playing so the link and reference to the video has been deleted from the Writing about data page.
