  • 👋 Hi, I’m @cshoben
  • 👀 My skillset sits at the intersect of data processing, data analysis, software development, and genomics.
  • 🌱 During graduate school I used Go and Unix/bash for my research and have at least some level of exprience with the following lanuages: R, Java, Python, SQL, HTML. I am also comfortable with git and Linux OS. I used Java in my Data Structures & Algorithms course at Duke University.
  • 📫 I can be reached at cshoben(at)gmail.com

  • Check out: https://github.com/vertgenlab/gonomics to see my contributions to an open-source software suite (Gonomics), full of tools to support genomic research written in Go (golang).
  • Check out : https://coursework.cs.duke.edu/crs70 to see my projects and mini coding problems from my Data Structures & Algorithms course.
