Update HelpScout integration to include ticket number in description
This PR updates the HelpScout integration to support both legacy and new UI structures.
This restores the previous behavior where the ticket ID was visible before the title (e.g. "# 123 - Subject")
Changes:
getHelpScoutDescriptionto extract the ticket ID from the URL[aria-label="Conversation Subject"]#subjectLine
