Add Recommendation Letter Generator

Each generated letter must feel unique per student — varied structure, class-specific language, purpose-adjusted tone, and natural trait integration rather than a bullet dump.

New file: Recommendation_Letter_Generator.html

• 8 class-specific language pools — each with distinct keyword sets, action phrases, and strength descriptors (e.g., AP CSA gets abstraction/algorithms/Java framing; AI Foundations gets responsible use/critical thinking/data literacy)
• 15 traits × 4 phrase variants each — woven into a single paragraph via randomized transitions, never listed
• 5 opening templates, 4 body templates per class, 6 transition phrases, 5 closings — randomly selected per generation; "Regenerate" produces a structurally different letter from the same inputs
• 6 purposes with matching salutations and endorsement statements (Dear Scholarship Selection Committee vs Dear Hiring Team, etc.)
• Optional custom paragraph is rewritten professionally with class-specific keyword connectors rather than inserted verbatim
• Fisher-Yates shuffle used for unbiased randomization
• Copy-to-clipboard, print CSS, dark/light/high-contrast theme toggle
