The uptime SLA policy was ambiguous on two points: what the credit base covers, and whether downtime applies globally or per-service.

Changes

  • Uptime commitments — Adds note that uptime is measured per-service for services the org actively uses; outages on unused services don't count as downtime
  • Service credit terms — Adds note that credits are calculated against the base plan fee plus non-usage-based add-ons (e.g., BAA, SOC-2); usage-based charges are excluded
