BcDb is a website project done for a web programming class. It aims to use the omics data about Botrytis cinerea we were given by creating a database. And then creating a website that makes full use of that database to display usefull informations.
- Generic informations about gene and protein sequences of B. cinerea with links to Pfam.
- BLASTn and BLASTp against the genes and proteins of the database.
