Noticed that the OpenAI newer models (gpt-5, o-series) reject
max_tokensand requiremax_completion_tokens. This PR addsOpenAiRequeststruct that mapsmax_tokens→max_completion_tokensat the HTTP boundary, matching howAnthropicProvideralready uses a dedicatedAnthropicRequeststruct.No change to the shared
ChatCompletionRequestused by other providers.
