When it is set, Display prints the string instead of the uid. With that change, connection code can now log the alias throughout the code. This change requires a lot of small changes since Uid is now no longer Copy and no longer a raw integer.
Further clean up the db folder. Add test to timer.rs to compensate for the removed test.
