Added a sensor class for the Adafruit Flex Sensor.#17

See https://www.adafruit.com/product/182 for sensor information. Assumes that sensor is wired with 3.3v and signal attached directly. Ground is ignored. The class keeps track of when the sensor is and is not "triggered," with a percentage of baseline voltage being the triggering agent.
