fix smods duplication detection

Smods detected itself as dupe, relative vs. absolute paths was the issue here.

Example log with the debug log removed in 69005eb:

INFO - [G] Mods	smods	1
INFO - [G] [SMODS DUPE] SET smods_dupe=Mods/smods from file=Mods/smods/manifest.json SMODS.path=/Users/nnmrts/Library/Application Support/Balatro/Mods/smods/

Additional Info:

• I didn't modify api's or I've made a PR to the wiki repo.
• I didn't modify api's or I've updated lsp definitions.
• I didn't make new lovely files or all new lovely files have appropriate priority.
