Added the proposed UBT. I'm not actually able to check that everything is in order because I haven't found a nice way to visualise everything. gmex shows me a basic gray plane but there are (or should be) things inside.
If there are way to perform a proper check, I would look at it, otherwise it should be similar to what was implemented at https://github.com/matclim/UBTR-D
