1. npm install
2. open a terminal and type http-server ./
3. open http://127.0.0.1:8080/ in IE11, you should see "hello" with no errors
4. open another terminal and type: openfin -l -u http://127.0.0.1:8080/index.html
5. Right click and inspect the openfin window created in step 4, in the console tab you should see "Connected to Notifications service"
