Show flavour text on Ascendancy and Bloodlines

Description of the problem being solved:

Ascendancy and bloodline ascendancies have flavour text provided in the tree.

• Normal Ascendancy images are 1300x1300. The flavourTextRect is positive number from top left.
• Bloodline Ascendancy seems to be 1488x1412. I couldn't find the current images in GGPK, but I found an old one from previous league and I'm fairly certain that's the right size.
• Text is printed in the colour provided as well.
• Small issue is how our font scaling works. At some zoom levels, the text will look somewhat poor or a little too big before it selects the smaller size. Don't think I can do anything about that here.
