• consolidate the still-relevant open dependency PR work into one clean branch on top of current master
• bump Lucene.Net to 4.8.0-beta00017 in the main/search/tokenizer projects
• align TelegramSearchBot.Search.Test test packages with the current repo baseline

• Bump coverlet.collector from 6.0.2 to 6.0.4 #160 (coverlet.collector bump)
• Bump Microsoft.NET.Test.Sdk from 17.11.1 to 18.0.1 #171 (Microsoft.NET.Test.Sdk bump, replaced here with repo-consistent 17.14.1 instead of reviving the old 18.0.1-only branch)

Notes

• the old dependabot PRs for FFMpegCore, HtmlAgilityPack, SkiaSharp/ZXing, and Linux native assets are already effectively superseded by current master package versions
• MSTest bump PRs are obsolete because those packages are no longer referenced in the repo
