This is a quick and dirty POC.
js_sys::UintArray does not give out a &[u8] but it can copy into a slice : https://docs.rs/js-sys/latest/js_sys/struct.Uint8Array.html#method.raw_copy_to_ptr
In addition we could tweak this and simplify the code for the other from_header_* functions.
