- Adds canonical session, message, run, and run-event APIs for agent sessions.
- Replaces legacy run streaming with durable event replay and SSE event streaming.
- Introduces persisted sources, sandboxes, sandbox exposures, run events, and run ownership/lease state.
- Adds queued run execution, approval response handling, cancellation/recovery, and sandbox suspend/resume support.
