This PR adds a metadata validation workflow to the MCP server project.
This PR adds one workflow for
.which runs the HOL skill validator in validate mode, checks schema and trust signals only, stays validate-only, and leaves runtime code alone.Let me know if you prefer a different workflow filename or skill directory path.
