This PR updates the Japanese (ja) localization message dictionary used by DevExtreme UI components to improve the Japanese UI text and ARIA labels.
Changes:
- Replaces remaining English strings in
ja.jsonwith Japanese equivalents for multiple components (DataGrid, Scheduler, HtmlEditor, Chat, etc.). - Normalizes some existing Japanese strings (wording/punctuation/whitespace cleanup).
- Updates several ARIA-related strings to be localized.
