Welcome to the MAMDC2 repository. This repository contains two distinct spatial analysis pipelines:
- 🔬 Extracellular Matrix Analysis: A high-throughput pipeline for extracting ECM topological geometry and spatial interactions.
- 🥩 Muscle Fibres Analysis: Myotubes and nuclei analysis in images from cell cultures.
