Pull request overview
Syncs the eng/common docindex pipeline job with the upstream azure-sdk-tools workflow by switching GH Pages push authentication from a GitHub PAT to a GitHub App installation token minted at build time.
Changes:
- Add the shared
login-to-github.ymlstep to mint/exportGH_TOKENfor later Git operations. - Update the GH Pages push URL to use
x-access-token:$(GH_TOKEN)instead of$(azuresdk-github-pat).
