    CONSOLE APPLICATION : TransitReporter Project Overview

This is a console application that reports various statistics from Cube
Voyager PT Lin files.  The application expects to recieve loaded files
and will ultimately report various metrics, including:
 - Line Group Volumes (using the USERN2 Field)
 - County-County Summary
 - Trip Length Frequency

Programmed in Java using Eclipse

Compile and run without options for program arguments.
