jpark2 객체에서 getMentions로 주입해주는 부분 좋은 것 같습니다! 다만 private final List mentions가 아닌 private final static으로 지정해서 클래스 자체에서 불러오도록 하면 더 좋았을 것 같아요!

Random과 ThreadLocalRandom 에 대해서도 확인해보시면 좋을 것 같습니다
