Fixes #1050
This adds docs.rs target metadata to the published SDK crates so docs.rs keeps building the wasm targets after the upcoming default-target-only change. It sets the Linux host target as the default docs.rs build target and adds
wasm32-unknown-unknown,wasm32-wasip1, andwasm32-wasip2as additional targets.
