On some Windows platforms, this library cannot render borderless/frameless and transparent effects

I don't know if it's because of the Windows version or not having installed Google Chrome browser.

I can be certain that this library cannot achieve borderless effects in both the Win10 v19045 native system and the Win11 23h2 system in internet cafes.

The presentation effect is similar to : #576 (comment)

The library version I am using is : #define WEBUI_VERSION "2.5.0-beta.4"

I just used your latest release version: WebUI Night Build 2026-03-12 14:52:53 UTC, but it still doesn't work well

You need WebView2Loader.dll, and note that the web browser mode does not support the frameless effect, you should use WebView mode instead.
