Korean title changed to blank when organized.

Hello.

Thank you for continuing to update through this fork.

When files with Korean titles are organized, the file names are changed to blank, making them difficult to identify.

I think this problem occurs due to a Unicode issue, but since there is no difficulty in displaying Korean file names in Tinfoil, it seems okay to change the file names to Korean as they are.

Please help with the issue.

there is code in the repo that prevents non-standard english characters to be used when changing the file name, as i guess it was to not get any wierd beheviors on the file system, but maybe that is not a problem?
i think i will need to read up on how the file systems handles characters like this, because if there are no problems we can just remove that "failsafe"

This code prevent special characters like / © ® ™. Some of these characters can cause issues on computer and/or on switch
I think it"s better to make the failsafe an option in settings
