When the section is folded, the items are shown in the order USP → DSP.
However, when the section is expanded, the order changes to DSP → USP.
This inconsistency in ordering is confusing and can make it difficult to track related elements between the folded and expanded views.
Expected Behavior:
The item order should remain consistent between folded and expanded states.
Actual Behavior:
The order switches between USP and DSP when expanding or collapsing the view.
