bug: playing inline sounds not available in Safari

Currently, previewing sounds by clicking the inline play button in a sound list on Safari does nothing. At some point, it should work like it currently does in Chrome, playing the sound, allowing users to preview it. This ticket is to help us keep track of adding that functionality.
