There already exists start_from, stop_at would be very useful to have for only playing certain sections of an audio file. Seems it wouldn't be super difficult, just updating the process function of StaticSound and StreamingSound as well as the boilerplate to get it there. I could try making a pr, I'm not super familiar with the codebase though.
