problem with monitors with resolution 1920x1980

@GlauberF I don't have 1920x1980 display, but I tried resizing window to various random sizes from 1800x1800 to 2100x2100 and don't seem to be able to catch this bug. Can you provide additional details about your OS and browser please?

I made the tests and the error is happening when you download some file, because with the download it goes to bara displaying the status of the download, as image below.

Opened PR: https://github.com/sindresorhus/devtools-detect/pull/76\n\nThis adds a relative threshold (10% of outer dimension) on top of the existing 170px absolute threshold to prevent false positives on large/tall displays, plus a regression test that simulates a 1920×1980-ish window-metric scenario.\n\nIf you can share the actual outer/inner width/height values + OS/browser + scaling, I can tune the thresholds further.
