I am proposing three new ARMv6 targets at rust-lang/rust#150138.
Does wg-embedded/t-arm want to pick up maintenance of those new targets? They already maintain the ARMv6-M, ARMv7-A, ARMv7-R, ARMv7-M, ARMv7E-M, ARMv8-A, ARMv8-R, and ARMv8-M targets. I should note that they do not currently maintain the ARMv4T and ARMv5TE targets (although they are supported in the aarch32-rt and aarch32-cpu crates).
