feature request: forums/private threads

### What do you want to see?

It'd be pretty nice to have an option to have forums to have threads nested within [both private & public] or [public/private] threads nested under a channel. 

These are pretty big across another popular platform we all know so having a similar feature would go a long way! Great work thus far with the platform. : )
